Entry to Preserve Capsule Ligamenture and Musculature

If the patient has healthy bone, a cup without flange can be used and the ligamenture does not have to be unneccesarily destroyed. For other reasons I usually used the ..... approach which does not preserve the .... ligaments which would be more ideal for prevention of dislocation. You take what you can get, preserve what you can.
